Why did my window sticker change from 9-NORMAL to 4-REBILL?

Why did my window sticker change from 9-NORMAL to 4-REBILL?
Last I checked, my ETA is 9/4. Build date was 8/10 and release date was 8/23.
In regenerating my window sticker, mainly to see if some of the codes at the top fill in, I was surprised to see the top line had changed:
Was KTP-001247 9-NORMAL
Now KTP-001660 4-REBILL
What does this mean? My dealer called me this morning and let me know my 2016 trade already sold (less than one week!) and that my new truck had an ETA of 9/9.
