Question on Window Sticker

My truck was built on 8/7/2016. Window sticker was originally printed on 7/28/2016. Now window sticker shows 8/10/2016. At the top of the window sticker it has changed from 9-normal to 4-rebill. Is this normal or is something up. Truck is a King Ranch ultimate FX4 CC F250 ETA is 8/23

Kendall, just noticed this happened to mine. 9-Normal is now 4-rebill. I started a new thread, didn't see this one. Will try to find out. Did you get your truck on 8/23 by any chance?

Nope still don't have the truck. Dealer said truck shows waiting to be shipped

My dealer claims my truck now shows up in their inventory, so whatever "re-bill" means it must not be too bad.
