Temperature is rising. Power was out for 12 hours last Sat. at daughter's place. "Planned maintenance" Think the power co would have been smart enough to do this during the week when people were at work. Some people were notified ahead of time. Most were not.

They did that about 2 years ago now here George. Except they waited to do it until December.

Don't know what is worse, Shaun..no heat or no cooling. Daughter was right in the middle of some baking when the power went out.

That sucks George. I can deal with it getting cold no problem. The heat is the worst though.

well if the "Fall-Winter" thread doesnt get many posts.. at the start off the Jan we could the year one... cuz july was only 6 pages...
