08 6.4 SCTX4 Transmission acting up

08 6.4 SCTX4 Transmission acting up
It has to be the tuner just curious if any of you guys have had any issue with the SCT tuners and transmissions. Its been on for about 3 weeks.
when approaching a speed hump i let off to allow the truck to coast over and when i got to apply power its as if its in neutral revs up then slams into gear.
its done this a couple of times. but today it acted as if there were a selection issue. knowing about the other issue i come to a complete stop instead of rolling through the stop sign when taking off it was as if it was in 2nd or 3rd gear. when i applied more power it down shifted into the proper gear. I drive it daily dont tow much at all. I did a delete and am running the street tune.
I was going to switch tunes and see if that did anything to make it better basically put the trans back into learn mode. im worried cause its a daily driver and i rely on it heavily and its friggin paid for.

I would contact whoever wrote the tunes and tell them what it's doing. I was going to say go back to stock and see if it still does it but since it's deleted I don't think it will run with out some kind of tune. Do you have a stock tune with just the emissions turned off if so that would be where I started. But change the tune and see if it does it in another tune or if it's just that one it will also be good to be able to tell the tune writer if it's just the one tune or all of them. An don't be surprised if they ask you to try this anyway. SCT has been the best tuner for the 5r110's which you have.

The H&S tuner when used in deleted mode with a tune and in normal driving (not tow mode) will below abt 50 MPH shift the trans into neutral for lack of a better description, the engine goes to idle, if the accelerator is pressed before coming to a full stop it goes back to the appropriate gear for the speed. Weird but that's the way it works. In Tow/Haul mode the engine stays engaged all the time.
