Apologize in advance if this should be in a different forum. I have a 2016 F250 XLT with the cloth seats. I really am regretting not paying the upcharge and getting leather so at this time I have been looking at after market options.
I have talked to a highly recommend Upholstry shop and they said they can order a leather kit that is cut and made for the truck and then sew it on. Cost with labor was quoted at $1400.
Has anyone else done these leather kits? Any feedback as to other options? Even at $1400 thats less than what I would have had to pay to get the XLT Leather upgrade package.
You might want to try the dealership you purchased your truck from. My coworker bought a truck without leather and didn't like it. For a 1,000 bucks they installed OEM leather into the truck. Which isn't that bad of a deal. You never know until you ask.
