map sensor

Finally got ae to connect to my truck. Retrieved codes p0606 and p0237. Checked voltage at the map sensor and had 5v reference and 5v on the signal wire with koeo. So I'm assuming my map sensor is bad. I've had some weird idle issues. Usually coming off the highway it'll idle like it has a miss but runs great. Would a map sensor cause this?

Well I thought the map was returning 5 volts. I unplugged it today and measured and I have 5 volts on the ref and sig wires. Pcm screwed?
