Seeing as it's been pretty quite here so far this year I thought I would start a new thread to try and wake everybody up.
What is everybody doing this year? Anybody planning to attend and good events here in the state?
Would like to attend the September event at Pigeon Forge. Have been "away" for a while and not a Ford pickup owner at the moment, but hope to be later on. Bills to eliminate first.
I had all intentions on being there, but when I started getting ready to leave on Wednesday, it came a downpour for hours, on top of that my 'helper' never showed up to make the trip. With my health problems of late, the idea of setting up and spending 2-3 days in the rain without some help, I just thought the odds were against me.
Dang, Joe. Sorry to hear, was looking forward to having a good time there vicariously through your stories and pictures!
If it's any consolation, the weather up here in CT was bad too. Heck, it seems like it's been raining for weeks aside from a couple sunny days here and there.
Even woke up to 35 degrees and windy this morning. Cindy looks at me and asks: "Can we PLEASE go back to Tennessee now?" Lol
Next year SuperNationals will be held at Lebanon; hope to see you then Joe. I need to head over to Crossville and scope out some old trucks for future builds.

If you head this way, give me a call ahead of time. Do you still have my number?
Trying to figure out how to make it to the September event, just looks like it'd be a real good time. Anyone here planning on going?
Mel, I wanted to do the Townsend event, but it looks like we won't be able to make it. However our 48-56 group is having an event not far from your place here later in September. Email or pm me and I'll fill you in.
