what 393W kit is best??? going into the shop within 2 weeks

what 393W kit is best??? going into the shop within 2 weeks
down to the wire on the 393W and trying to figure out whether to just stick with 351 or do the stroker.
Some say use the 302 pistons, 351 rods and a custom crank and that's perfect, others say that = oil burning and you need a custom piston.
What's the 'right' way to do this and is it worth it for the extra 42 cubic inches?
Thanks, we are having the engine redone or purchased within 2 weeks.
