I know this isn't a truck but ive gotten o excited about it the last couple of days that I had to share with my FTE friends. its taken 12 years of parts hunting and restoration to get it finally completed. its a 1970 mach 1 428 SCJ 4 speed toploader, 4.30 rear, ram air shaker in medium red. heres a few pictures of it. ive been dreaming of this car for 12 years and I finally got to drive it for the first time Monday when it was delivered.

Take a burnout video for me. Im a sucker for burnouts.
That is 1 of the badassest mustangs ford ever built. I am jealous. Downright petulant. If you were closer to me I would drive over to your house and steal it. All the ss 396 chevelles ever saw of these were the *** end. Nice car.
yes it has the external oil cooler and the oil filter adapter, which is hard to find after the first shop I had it in put it on an engine stand for a 302 and the stand collapsed and shattered the adapter. complete drag pack options.

Yep, the oil cooler parts alone for these cars are VERY expensive.
I have an oil filter adapter from a 429 SCJ.
...and a couple of oil filter adapters from Ford truck 460 engines (middle and right in photo).
Super nice Mach 1. Those were the days. The double slashes outside the headlights is inspired design. I am glad to see you have the BFG Radial T/As on it so they have period correct full white letters.
[rant on]I don't get why just about everyone who makes white letter tires do the outline white letters. Is it cheaper for them? They look like *** compared to full letters like the BFGs have. I run BFG All-Terrain T/As on my truck JUST for the white letters. Best looking tire on the road. More manufacturers should run full white letters. I am a huge white letter tire fan. Blackwalls? That's for taxi cabs and cop cars.[rant off]
