Easiest is to take out the diagonally opposite end intake manifold bolts and replace with longer thru chain links. Use long enough chain to clear carb if you care about it.
Interesting yard art by the way.

Thanks. I made a plate to bolt where the carb was but now I think I'll go with your advice.
I git the motor out of my Glob truck and started putting the stuff back on it for awhile. Now o see if the motor is rebuild-able. Any advice on taking the motor apart ?

I've had this truck for 20 years now. She's about ready for parades. Here's a picture of my truck when I decided to make a glob truck out of it.
Her's my truck when I first thought of making it a glob truck.
I didn't realize all that trash was actually attached to the truck!?!? I just thought it was trash piled around/on it or some sort of found object, lawn art, sculpture thingy. I'd guess "glob truck" is some FL fad where you try to show a rolling example of a FL hurricane/tornado aftermath? Way beyond "rat rod".
All that stuff isn't trash, It's sculpture media. One of my friends does yard art/sculptures with such things. Some of them are pretty cool. Not sure I would want my truck festooned with them though.
