Does anyone have, or know where I can find detailed frame dimensions for this truck? Thanks.

What dimensions do you need. These trucks were built to many different wheel bases as well so that needs to be taken into consideration.

Nothing in particular right now, however, I'm planning on using the suspension from an '84 3/4 ton chevy. I have the chevy frame dimensions, but not the ford.

I can tell ya that the frame is 34" wide from front to back. That is the main obstacle in my opinion. On my 1 ton I had the front tapered a little bit to the front but not much. I don't know how much it is on the 1.5 tons.

Here's the 48-52 chart. Bet it's the same as earlier trucks. Stu

Thanks Truckdog. I have the frame. I'll Verify some of those measurements this weekend.

That will let me compare and cipher up a plan on what needs to be done..........In the air conditioning.

If I recall, Mine tapers as well. I was told it's a G8T. Not sure that matters.

I may be able to Shim it in, or alter the frame a bit. Not sure how I'm going to tackle it yet. I'll get an idea and some solid measurements and post it up here before I do anything. Thanks for y'alls help and knowledge.
