I think that you probably have a 4 barrel carb and if so the factory carb is a Holley #4160 520 cfm.A 600cfm will also work. If you canget copy of Ford Shop Manuel it will give all settings,acc.pump set up along with jet size. That carb also used a 1" thick alum spacer under carb w/2 gaskets only aval.from Ford. The gasket has metal laminated in it.
