Trying to Hook up a 302 alternator in a Bronco II with a 302 engine
I have a 84 Bronco II that I bought with a 302 Enigne in it. The Battery wasnt charging when i got it so i replaced the battery witha fresh one and replace a bad alternator because it was shot. Now I find out i need to install a Volt Reglator yet and there in now wireing Harnse for it. I need Help on Hooking-up this 302 alternator to my battery so i can aleast charge the battery back up.

I have been told that the internally regulated alternators like those found on 5.0 Mustangs and V8 trucks and vans use the exact same connectors as the factory Bronco. The alternators are different but the connections are said to be the same. Just source a newer alternator and plug it in.
Any reputable alternator shop should be able to set you up.
