Low Brake pedal

Low Brake pedal
My 87 F-150 has all new lines and hoses. I have bled the entire system several times (in proper sequence). The rear wheel cylinders are both new. One front caliper is new and the other side has absolutly no leaks. Should I be looking at the master cylinder or the combination valve? Any help would be great, thanks.

Low Brake pedal
The other thing I was thinking was when the brakes were bleed did you remember to pull out the little plunger on the front of the combination valve while bleeding the front brakes. I just finished fixing a similar problem on my truck and when I rebled my front brakes and pulled out the little valve I now have a solid pedal and it only moves about 3/4 of an inch before the brakes apply. Hope this info may help. Mike

Low Brake pedal
What is the little plunger on the combo valve. The other day I put all new rear lines on my dads 93 F-150 and I bled it from the rear alot. I was positve there was no air in it but the pedal was still low! So the next best thing I could think of is to go to the front no air! So then I noticed a very small bleeder on the combo valve no air but I let out some fluid and the pedal was like new. I think I will try that on my truck when i get someone to help me. Anyways thanks alot for the response and I will look forward to the plunger description.
