I decided to do the front end conversion this weekend after reading several threads on it. I repainted the grill and bumper. Everything else was relatively simple. Thanks for the help guys!
Anthony, what all do your mirrors come with? My dad is looking to put a set of power fold and power extend mirrors on his truck. Also, do you paint match mirrors?
I sure wish I had a connection for the power fold mirrors. The only place I know of is the dealer,, or salvage. Ours are power glass adjust,, but manual fold n telescope.
We can paint to match,, but most customers just rattle can them. Self etching primer first,, then the duplicolor ,, then a bunch of clear coat does the trick. It'd be a bummer to have us paint them with no way to double check the tint of the color.
Time to do the 05-07 mirror upgrade
