Carrier Bearing - Can't Determine Which Part Number
I have a 2002 F-250 Crew Cab Regular Bed 2WD and I'm in need of a new carrier bearing (Driveshaft center support). I tried to pull it up via all the main parts sites and I get multiple options that all claim to be a direct fit for my truck. The parts guy at Napa wanted to sell me one for $135 and claimed it was the only one they sold for the 2WD but it was Made in China and stupid expensive compared to the others I found so I was wanting to see if there were any other options. Does anyone have a part number for the bearing assembly that would fit my truck?
When I did mine, I just went to the parts store, got one for an 02 CC LB and didn't comparison shop. Good thing for me it fit.
Not really much to change on the carrier though, so not sure why you're seeing so many different parts. Got any links we could look at to see what the difference is?

I called Ford and was given F81Z-4800-FA. But when I try that part on FordPartsGiant.com and plug in my VIN it tells me the part isn't compatible. I'm wanting the Spicer (Dana) one, but they have two part numbers listed for it here:
I'm inclined to order the Dana 2120531X from Rock Auto but I want to verify it's the correct one first before ordering.
Spicer also has several other models that claim to fit the 2002 F-250 as well, such as the 211499X. Neither of which specifically state they fit the 156" RWD model from what I've found.
If you're worried, I'd suggest you visit a local parts store that will take an exchange if you end up guessing the wrong part. Just be sure they have both parts in stock before you take things apart.
