Help! 06 F150 Triton 5.4 Motor Issue

Okay! It's been over a months journey with fixing this truck, and I'm here to beg for help.

How it started: had an oil change, a while back, on long drive after, check engine light staeted flashing as I accelrated up hill so I pulled over and in a while it was ok, but couldn't get on the gas too much, or it would cause that flashy light thing.
So fast forward to now, after driving it with an intermittent miss for a while, was driving it to work and the miss became a shudder, and she stopped going over 30-40, and runs extremely rough.

Steady but loud idle.
Replaced all plugs with motocraft plugs and new coils all around. No change.
Finally hooked it up to a computer and got random misfires, now it's saying
P0174 bank 2 too lean,
But it's bank ONE that's the only side misfiring.
So I
Hoping to post my codes here in the hopes that some magician can help me figure out the next step before I start replacing VCRs, phasers, Cats, and sensors.

Your short term and long term fuel trims look suspicious on bank 2. The long term should be close to zero (within +/- 10) and the short term should be changing rapidly + and -. Your code was set by the long term trim (LT Ftrim). Strange that bank 1 appears to be OK. It could be a exhaust manifold leak before the oxygen sensor on the drivers side. The last thing it could be is the O2 sensor. I had a similar issue and I had monkeyed with the PCV hose. Check the elbow where it comes out of the engine. Your ECM meters the air intake and the PCV IS included so it has to be intact. It can produce some large vacuum and has be to accounted for in the metering calc.

You destroyed the catalytic converter on bank 1 by driving it with misfires. It has broken apart and is clogging the exhaust.

WTF?? You don't like the answer you got to this question - ((https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post15086989 )) or can't find where your originally posted the question - or don't want to answer @ enriched&beyond's question - or just get a kick out of posting the same question on multiple threads?
