I would like to put together another GTG in Knoxville this month.
I am looking at somewhere near Chilhowee Park on the 17th.
The reason for the venue change is there is also another GTG later that day at Chilowee Park from 6 - 10 pm. It is an all truck meet that will let us bring banners, grills, chairs, easy ups, etc. I thought we could go and represent FTE there as a group.
My problem is I don't know where for us to meet beforehand. I thought we could get together, like we always did at the Wing Place but somewhere different this time, for awhile and then go to the all truck event afterwards.
Anybody got any thoughts, suggestions, recommendations etc. post up or let me know.
Thanks guys and pass the word around for me please. I need help spreading the word around. Send PM's to all your friends etc. I can't send mass PM's now so please help.
Neal there is a Texas Road House at East town not far from the park The Original Louis Drive-in Restaurant is on Broadway. I am game for anything I will be there.
Cold weather has come to town, and you are setting up an outdoor event?
We do it every year. LOL
Hey guys J.D. Recommended a great place to meet. It is Twin Peaks Restaurant. It is located at 135 North Northshore drive.
Good food great views !!!
What time would you guys like to meet? I am guessing 1 or 2.
But I don't want to meet too early and wear ourselves out because I would like for us all to go at 6 to the All Truck event and represent FTE also!
I say we meet at 2:00 at twin peaks then move to chilhowee park around 5-6.
Honestly I am looking more forward to twin peaks than anything. I have been to one of those places in Vegas and let me tell you it was a great experience. I will never drive past another one without going in to visit ever again.
