Changing 92 4.0 timing cover seal

Changing 92 4.0 timing cover seal
What has to be removed to change the front seal on a 92 4.0? Do you have to remove the cover of can it be changed with the cover on? I checked labor hours and is 1.3. Is 100.00 to change reasonable? Do I need the sleeve n seal or just the seal?

go over to autozone.com set up an account and use their repair guides. you will need to remove the fan, the belt the lower crank pully at a minimum, more than likely the radiator. I dont think they have a sleeve for the front just the rear main. I could be wrong, so look up the part and then click on repair help.
