Haven't tried yet, don't use the hi beams that much. I had an '01 Expedition where this was achieved by removing the switch and shaving off part of the grooves underneath.
Same but different.
I fitted some aftermarket head lights with dual lights on both sides, the headlight would go off if switched to hi beam, and just leave the hi beam on.
I put some diodes so that the headlights received power when on hi beam but the hi beam stays off on low beam.........magic.......
The relay is marked "non-serviceable" in the wiring diagram, so it's not socketed. You have to bypass the BCM with an external relay. By doing that, you do loose the "battery drain protection" feature however.

Darn, I was hoping it was going to be as easy as going behind the head light switch and putting in a diode jumper wire.
I just looked them up and they only make boxes for 2010 and older.
At least the 2011-2012 trucks still use the same Brite Box as the 2008-2010. A lot of companies don't list it, but the Brite Box website does and several guys on this forum have used them successfully.

Or for about $129 they have the single box model that only keeps the fogs on with the high beams. I think you just take the "P" off the part number for that one.
When you use the B model that uses the low beam lights along with the high beam and the fogs, the "additional" lights are being powered directly from the battery. I don't know for sure, but I am assuming that the BCM is not able to realize that the headlights are on and will not automatically turn them off. If you walk away from your truck with the low/high beam and fogs all on, you have bigger problems than a dead battery! LOL
