2000 is a PSD, sure you can why not? Welcome to the IDI board
1999.5 used better wheels... After that they change them because customers were complaining the "turbo whine" was too loud

i will move this to the proper forum for you.
op is original poster,
and IDI stands for indirect injection. that is what the engines from 83 to 94 are called because of the style of fuel injection they use.

your 2000 is a power stroke direct injected engine. as such the proper forum for it will be the 99-03 powerstroke forum.

yes you can. Riffraff has i believe both wheels available. I suggest though, to remove the turbo when installing and not the impact gun route

Why ?

Not trying to be a smart a$$ but I suggest doing a little looking around before you start buying stuff you in the long run will wish you'd have saved your $$. Changing the comp wheel will probably not be noticeable unless you have tunes.
