2004 lincoln navi dryer

Would it be good preventive maintenance to change to air dryer on the suspension compressor. Its working fine and has 90000 mile and 10 years old.

I have thought about it before but have not found information on it. Maybe not much of a problem in your area. In humid climates that also get below freezing trying to keep moisture out of the air-bag is probably desirable but I have no clue as to how often the dryer would need to be replaced.
