Console removed (temporarily) and battery drains?

Console removed (temporarily) and battery drains?
Anyone know what might be the culprit? I have removed the console on my '03 XLT 5.4L 4x4. Ever since its been removed the battery has been draining itself. I get about three days before no start.
In the interim, I just unhook battery and no current drain. I'm hoping someone knows the electrical systems better than me and can shed some light.
There is some sort of module right in the middle between the seats with an orientation arrow that says it must point forward. What's that? Could it be the cause?

I believe that's the airbag (SRS) module.
