2000 Expedition starts and runs but will not move.

I have a Expedition that will start and run but when I go to take off it wants to miss and die. People have told me that it could be a fuel pump, fuel filter and coil. So I put a code scanner on it and it gave me P0743(torque converter, circuit, electrical). P0755(shift solenoid b) P1747(manufacturer control transmission). I'm not sure what these codes mean. Any help would be appreciated!

Be sure the transmission harness connector is fully seated and that all the pins are making good contact.

What work has been done on the vehicle recently?

There are numerous things that *might* cause such as set of symptoms. Start by checking fuse F23 under the hood.

Something similar happened to me in the middle of the night a few years ago. Make sure you mass air flow sensor isn't fouled. I recommend cleaning it w/ MAF sensor cleaner, even if it looks good. Good luck.
