That's a cylinder delete option for fuel economy

That`s true and it`s been licensed in SK so it`s all good.

That looks like a really decent truck.It has been listed for quite a while now,at least early spring when I saw that first.I'd like to have a 312 in a half ton.

Good point on the 312.The only real way to tell is pull the pan and look for ecz main caps and the jelly bean on the crank.Both 292 and 312 have same casting on block.
No price on the 53,I wonder what he wants.I have a 56 merc 500 with a hoist lined up but it is seized.That would be handy for a few jobs I have.
