First truck. 03' SuperCrew. I need some ideas!

I traded in my dodge charger for an 03' SuperCrew. I am in love with it. The previous owner did his own bit of work to her, but I want to add my touch to her. Any suggestions on what to do with her to make her look even more incredible than she already does? Any ideas or information would be greatly appreciated.

I like clear lense head lights. You can get a set on e-bay for under $100. You can get turnsignals that are clear with orange inserts... looks good with the headlights. Also bought aluminum rims off an Expedition.. couple different versions. Normally about $100. per rim.
