Ford Expedition 2001 Disable Air bags and Light
Hello,
My Air Bag Light (SRS) is on. I care not to fix the system. As a 10 years old car, and kids, and live in a place when i never exceed 35mph, i just want it all disabled.
i understand if Fault in the system, it automatically disables the light.
How do i permanently disable the Air bag Light... Anyone know tricks or non computer ways to kill the Air bag Light

You can remove the bulb from the cluster. Of course that will give you the occasional beep from the SRS module. At that point you'll be able to locate the SRS module and remove it. You might want to check your laws first to make sure you're not going to get yourself into hot water by disabling the SRS should you ever sell the truck.
Your other option is to read the code and find out why the light is on. It might be a simple fix.
