Anyboyd know what this means?
This label is on the left side of the radiator support of my 04 Excursion, 6.0 PSD. Anybody have any idea what this means?

Last year I had a relative visiting here from Minnesota also with a sticker that looked like that, he claimed that the dealer had to reprogram his truck to stay within government boundaries ( whatever that means ). Claims he lost power and mpg's. also a 6.0
I had never heard of this, that's why I asked you what state were you in.
I guess it's nothing a tuner wouldn't fix.

look up power hungry performance. they sell ficm tunes and can at the same time change your ficm calibration to a different more economical program. the updates have been known to cause drops in mpg and power.
