I have the 2006 F250 too, the part numbers are in my sig because I forgot what they are. Editing now... F-111N is oil drain and you'll need 2 of the F-108N if you want to put 2 in the block for easy coolant draining. You'll also need 2 new o-rings for the block drains unless the ones on the plugs are still good.
The 'N' after the number (F111N) means nipple. There are drain valves you can buy without the nipples, but I chose to go with the nipple to attach a hose with a clamp to make it mess free draining!
ooops, sorry forgot that part. I bought mine off of Amazon. I have a prime membership and I get free 2 day shipping and no taxes (until you pay your income tax! ) Paid $26.49 x2 for the 108N (Nipple) and $26.50 for the F111N (Nipple) The ones without the nipple are $3.00 cheaper. It depends on what you want.
It shouldn't be $100 if you buy it from Amazon. $52.98 for the F108N because you need 2 of the drain valves for the block. Not everyone does this one, it's used only to speed up the coolant flush and then you don't need it again until you do another coolant flush. The plus side is that you don't have the remove the starter each time you drain the block.
So $52.98 plus 26.50 for 1 oil drain valve = $79.48
I'm pretty sure Amazon is free shipping over $25, so all you'll be spending is $75. If you just want the oil drain valve, you'll pay $26.50!
