3.0 Vulcan chronic rough running issue
I've been chasing this in my 02 since forever it seems. Idles rough, if I give it gas in park it starts loping between 2500 and 3000 rpm; replaced plugs, wires, camshaft position sensor. No CEL. Any thoughts before I start replacing coils and O2 sensors?

Before those parts, why not check fuel pressure & delivery volume? Why not clean the MAF? Check the EGR for proper operation. The situation you describe could be called 'lean surge', as you are running with little load, and the system will try to lean the mix to match.
Have you checked any of the OBD-II readings while this occurs?
