Rear Wheel Disc Brakes
Has anybody here installed rear wheel disc brakes? If so how well do they work & will they screw up the rear ABS.
Does anybody know where to get Kevlar or ceramic brake pads. From what I understand they will greatly increase stopping power
And lastly, how do put the new rotors on.

ABS should work with rear disks.
JCWhitney is selling ceramic pads now - I think they were in the $60 range.
Are you asking about putting on the front disks or rears?

Only if your drums are in horrible condition before you start. The short answer is that it's prohibitively expensive on pre-'97 trucks. Just maintain your drums and they'll do fine.
