Tie Rod End size/specs.
Does anyone know what the taper and thread size is for the tie rod ends on a 47 pickup? Speedway and others offer drop tie rod ends for '48-64, but I can't find any for my '47. The ones they list have a 7 degree taper, with 11/16" X 18 threads. Is a '47 different, or will these work? Also, looking under my truck, the rod end used on the pitman arm, for the drag link, appears to be the same as the tie rod ends, can anyone verify that?

Oh well, talked to the guy at Dick Spadaro Early Ford Repro's yesterday, and found out that the 47 is the same as the 48, 11/16x18, 7 degree taper tie rod ends, and the one on the drag link is the same.
