lowering shock question

lowering shock question
I am currently flipping the front hangers for the rear end and removing a coil from the front springs do i need to run a shorter shock? If so what would you recommend ?

Here are some PNs for Bilsteins:
Bilstein Shocks 70 F100 2WD
F4-B46-1105-H1 Fronts
F4-B46-1326-H0 Rears
However, the correct way to spec shocks is to measure full compression and full extension and find shocks with those measurements plus it has to have the correct mounting style (pin or eye).
Rancho publishes their specs. I'd call up Bilstein's tech line and ask them for some PNs.
