2005 Expedition NO START!!

The truck started bogging out when trying to drive, didnt do it as much at slow speeds but when trying to go highway speeds it was impossible to get speed going. Parked it for 2 days at the parents then drove it to my house about 5 miles and ran fine. I figured fuel filter so changed that and now it wont start at all, turns over fine but no start. Checked all the fuses, did search on here and heard about the fuel pump driver module. Dropped the spare tire and couldn't fine anything unless it is in a a different place on the 05 Expy. Could it be the fuel pump? FPDM? Checked the codes and it had the PO191 and PO191 p/d. Any help would be great, this is for a friend of mine that lost his job 2 months ago, so just trying to help out.

Did you test for fuel pressure at the fuel rail? If so, what was the PSI?

Passenger side, towards the front of the engine, around cylinders #1 & #2.

So since it won't start. Just see how much pressure when trying to start then?

Connect the gauge and turn the key on, then read the gauge. The pump is electric not mechanical, so the engine need not be running.
