I have a 1998 Expidition Eddie Bauer edition and my front drivers side blinker in the front does not blink. Put new bulb in and still not working. Does any body have any wiring diagrams or any answers. Thanks.
Does the indicator in the dash and the rear lamp flash? Can you test the front socket with a test light or volt meter? I could be as simple as a bad replacement bulb or corroded contacts in socket. Could be a bad ground or break in wiring. Turn signal switches can go bad. In the old days, turn signal switches had "cat wiskers" that made various contacts when the lever was moved. I assume newer switches have a similar style (haven't replaced a newer turn signal switch, yet). Check the socket and let us know, we'll try to help.
tried the socket and that was not it. tore apart the multiswitch today and cleaned it all up and took a wire brush with my dremmel tool and that did not work eather. now my theft light is flashing and I can not start up my truck. any ideas?
ok still trying to get this blinkers fixed I have taken the multiswitch apart and cleaned every thing up in side and found the wiring for the blinker pigtail on the switch. still have no blinkers or hazards. now i have another question my diagram says the w/r is all time power but it only has power when the key is on. Also I have a factory tow package will this have any effect.
Ok sorry you all about taking so long getting back but I got my blinkers fixed. I evidently blew the fuse for them wile working on them. And for the key switch it did work and has been working fine ever since.
Now I have a question I hope someone has the answer to. It is a general question. Can anybody tell me why oil burns blue when it comes out the exhaust and not black?

I pretty sure it's the additives in the oil that are burning blue and not the oil itself. Think of diesel fuel that doesn't have the additives that motor oil does and it burns black.

OK noe have a new problem. Went to store this morning and had no problems. When out about 30 min. Later to work on brake lights and now the theft light is flashing and can't start up my truck any ideas would be appreciated.
