2007 F150 Whine
I just joined the forums today! So this is my first time posting.
I am looking to trade my 2004 Ranger in for an F150. I took an 2007 F150 for a test drive the other day. It's a 5.4 4x4 with 62,000 miles, a very nice truck. The only issue is that when I held the accelerator down to a certain level there was this whining sound, from the rear end, it sounded like anyways. When a let off the gas it went away, then cam back when I put the accelerator down again. Any thoughts?
Also am looking at a 2007 F150 5.4 4x4 with 118,000 miles on it, have not test driven it yet. Is that too many miles on that year?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
