Banks Power Pack air filter housing and filter. Filter is a cleanable K&N style 3 or 4" tall, housing is a really nice heavy duty cast aluminum unit in great shape. Designed as a major upgrade for 6.9 and 7.3 IDI diesels, in combination with a 3" exhaust. Fits any truck that the IDIs came in stock, also fits most 2BBL and 4BBL carbs with a 5 1/8" air filter mount. The wiper cowl is in the way on my 69 F250, so I have to use a different housing.

 

Slight modification on specs: The filter is 5 3/4" tall, the lower housing is stock 7.3.

 

Still available, plus I have the over-axle pipe from the kit available as well. It's supposed to be stainless, but there is a bit of rusting along the seam. It's solid and good for a number of years more though. Unfortunately my gooseneck hitch needs to occupy the same space, so the exhaust is going to get modified to be in front of the wheel.
