Why put that connector there??
I guess this is just a lil venting but on my way 50miles out of town to pick up 2 pallets of sod, my ac goes out. Well here in south MS it is finally a nice 80* day but still humid. Once I arrived at the sod farm I pop the hood to find 2 ribs missing from my belt and my ac wire sliced in 2 at the connector. Why is it there in front of the compressor right over the belt? Should route from the top or back I believe, but I'm just the consumer and not the designer. Just a lil venting, still hot from the ride home. Heading to dealer Monday to see what the damage is.
