What year Mustang wheels are we talking about? In addition to the bolt pattern being wrong, the offset on the newer wheels (94 and up) are extreme positive, similar to front wheel drive. Chances are they won't work for you.
No 1965/2011 Mustang wheels will fit an F1, F100/150, Bronco or E100/150.
5 lug wheels on a 5.50" bolt circle pattern: 1948/52 F1 / 1953/79 F100 / 1966/96 Bronco / 1975/96 F150 / Some 1980/83 F100 / 1975/2011 E100/150.
Some 1980/83 F100's have 5 lug 4.50" bolt circle wheels. But wheels from Passenger Cars with a like pattern will not clear the F100's disc brake calipers.
what other stock wheels would fit on stock axles ?
Ford pickup truck wheels thru the '70's used the 5 on 5.5" bolt circle, and used similar offsets. I think it may even go past that, as I recall '80's (big) Broncos used that b.c. and many of them were aluminum.
