Engine fluctuations.
I took my 2010 F150 to the dealer for a cold operation concern.
At 50kph the engine RPM's fluctuate 200 - 400 until the transmission warms up. Almost like being seasick.
I told the dealer about a TSB to cover this.
The truck stayed there for better part of a day.
Dealer says the tech ran tests, looked for TSB's and couldn't find any.
OKEEDOKEE.
I came home and looked at ALLDATA .
AAAAAAAAAAAyup, TSB # 10-24-01
Back to the dealer, , Heehee. The truck goes in next Tuesday.

Its my general thought that the employees at dealers don't want to work. You leave your truck at the dealer and go away, easy for them to "pretend" that they tested it out. You need to write down how much time you spent researching to find that tsb and take them a bill for your time spent doing their job.
