I have replaced the EGR Valve, EGR Pressure Sensor DPFE. I replaced the vacuum lines to and from the EGR Pressure Sensor DPFE. I also replaced the Fuel Filler Hose (removing the truck bed was not that difficult) because it was cracked where it joins the fuel tank.
I bought this truck for my daughter who is going to college, any help would be appreciated. I don't mind spending the $$ for new parts but I'm not sure where to go from here.
The error codes comes back to EGR / Emmissions, but it does not specifically indicate what is bad.
My next thought was to replace the EGR Time Relay Switch.
Any other areas I might check or parts I could buy?
Thank you for your help.

There is no code that tells you what component is bad, only the component that is out of spec as determined by the PCM, which may or may not be the causal component. Once you have the error code, then you need to perform the pinpoint test in the manual for that code. That will lead you to the defective component.
Thanks for the reply. I changed the Vacuum Regulator last night and reset the PCM. I will be able to get the code this weekend if the "Check Engine Light" comes on again. My neighbor is the one with the diagnostic machine.
The diagnostic came back to the Purge Valve. I am going to replace the Purge Valve and Vapor Canister. A little further down that same hose is another sensor and/or valve, any one know what the name of that is?
