P0171/P0174 on 1998 Expedition 5.4

P0171/P0174 on 1998 Expedition 5.4
All,
Check engine has come on even though the engine runs like a top. Connected OBDII and was given 2 codes PO171 & PO174 Lean on both banks. I have about 125K miles on it so I replaced the MAF sensor. O also purchased a MAF relay but can't seem to figure out where it goes. Does anyone know where the relay is at? Since the engine is running fine, Does it still seem that it could be a vacuum leak on the PCV hose?
