F150 5.4

While driving the motor went into a protection mode, would only idle. Shop said code was C2111 - reduce power and throttle body. Shut off and restart, running fine. Any ideas?

Do a search there are several threads about the trucks going into "Safe Mode" most common seems to be (that I've seen) is the throttle body..
