Msrp $ 48,845.00 Selling to you $45,483.00 minus rebate $2500.00= $42,983.00
I am not sure if this is a good deal or not.

here she is guys, I ended up getting them down to 42.5K Hopefully I can get everything in order to pick her up next week.

I gotta say I love the shorter bed on this truck. All our other trucks at work are extended cab with long bed and they are so big to move around. I got the shorter to help with the turning radious for plowing. And this diesel motor has some SERIOUS power!
