1987 2.3 not firing on cyl 2+3

1987 2.3 not firing on cyl 2+3
Have spark, fuel at rail, injectors seem to work,(had them out and manually triggered), just doesnt seem to get signal when to squirt! Any help appreciated. Runs on 1+4- barely

Removed throttle body and intake plenum. Cranked with plugs in and seemed to have plenty on vacuum on all intake holes. Got fire, fuel and air but still same problem between 2+3. Just leads me to believe maybe it is the head gasket. Now burning oil (lots of nice blue smoke). No signs of water in oil. Guess I'll just have to tear it down. Maybe computer is messed up and sending signals to the injectors at the wrong time. I'm just stumped. Paid $800 for this basically rust free 1987, been driving it for over four years so I guess I got my money's worth. Anybody in need of a nice Xtra cab?
