electrical problem

I have a 97 f350 that keeps shorting out the #4 tail light fuse. It only shorts out when you drive the truck a little aggressively or at higher speeds. It does not short out if you drive slow or idle the truck. I have replaced the headlight switch and have checked each light attached to that fuse by disconnecting them one at a time and no luck. I've also checked the trailer harness with no luck. Any ideas ?

Trailer harness connectors? Bare wire in rear fuel tank area of frame rail? Stop & Turn or parking lights? If Stop & Turn check the 3rd brake light extension wire (lt grre I think) that runs to the rear of the frame (factory wire incase a cab installed so truck remains "legal").

Parking lights, tail lights, and roof lights. Already checked the trailer harness. My buddy is looking at the wiring under the bed now.

Factory roof lights? If yes pull the pass side kick panel off connector is behind it 2 wire connector w/ Blk & Brwn wires I think. See if loose or corroded from moisture or water leaks. take apart clean w/ tooth brush type wire brush apply di-electric grease & reassemble. do not tape connector up make corrosion from moisture occure faster.

That's also the fuse for the warning chime module. If that circuit has been modified, I'd check that, too.
