Found a '52 F-5 Stakebed for sale, FYI
Just in case anybody is interested, I saw a '52 F-5 Stakebed for sale close to my home. According to the "for sale" sign in the windshield, it has a 292 Chev motor and is partially restored. No price posted, but the owner's phone number is: (559) 539-0151. It is white on the outside and looks to be in pretty darn good shape. The interior has the orgiginal dash and gauges (sans the Michelob gear shift ****!). Couldn't see any rust, but I didn't pop the hood or look/crawl underneath. Original rims with dualies on the back. Probably a ranch truck based on the area I live in and what it said on the "for sale" sign, which read, "would make a good ranch truck"!!!
If anyone is SERIOUSLY interested, I could E-mail photos off my digital camera. Contact me via my E-mail address. I have no ties to this truck, so I'm no middle man or anything like that. I only mention it in case there are F-5 enthusiasts looking for a nice truck.
