What have you done to get a better ride?
I was thinking about swapping out the shocks on my truck to see if it would give me a smoother ride. It has the Rancho shocks on it from the factory. I'm not trying to get it to ride like a caddy, but I want to see if I can improve it a bit. There are times when I hit a crappy patch of road that it vibrates over the uneven pavement expansion joints. I lowered the air pressure in the tires last night. I'm going to see how it does on my trip over the weekend.

I set front and rear to 65 psi when empty. That made a noticeable improvement compared to 80 psi in the rear which is what it was set to when I got it and which I drove around on for a while.

Looks like many of you have crew cabs and long beds. Mine is F350 Lariat supercab short bed SRW (18") FX4 and the ride is a lot rougher than I expected compared to how my '05 F250 rode, and about the same as my '89 F350 rides. I thought 22 years of new technology would be an improvement. 
When I mentioned it to my service advisor, he said he thinks the suspension and FX4 package is "tuned" to the crew cab and long bed, so anything shorter is going to ride rougher yet, with tire type being another factor.
My "solution" was about 2500 lbs in the bed on a 2K mile trip. Made a significant difference, as expected.

Nice! I will agree this one rides better than my 06 did by a large margin. I've been trying to keep the tire pressure down to 65 psi but with the large daily temperature swings we are having right now the TPMS is not cooperating very well.
On the 06 I used to run 62-65 in the front and 55-60 in the rear. Tire wear was fine and I would just air up the rear when I was hooking up to the camper. I guess those days are gone unless I find a dealer tech like Epic did and get the TPMS reset to a lower pressure.
