I know this may be minor to many of you but it's driving me nuts.
O my '99 my glove box latch clicks with the expansion of the plastic in winter when the interior goes from cold to warm and even in summer when interior goes from hot to cold.
The dealer allegedly replaced the door and latch but the problem still persists.
Anybody else have this problem.
Another thing that pisses me off is how can a $41000 vehicle not have a locking glove box?
I also have the wonderful Expedition vibrations but that's another issue.
I do not have the "clicking" problem but I do agree with you on the locking issue. My sticker showed the same price when I purchased it last year. I do love the truck and it does have all of the bells and whistles but you would think that with all of the latches, buttons, and controls that this thing has, they could engineer a lock type mechanism on it. You would think that the price would cover it.
If you read some of the older posts, (if you havent already), many are saying that there was a problem with the rear axel being out of wack. There are some horror stories of people having tires rebalanced or replaced. Even some wheel replacement stories. Good luck. Jake.
