Help me solve electrical problem

charged the pack for 1 hour after it read full - like the instructions said. I hope that is enough? I guess I know the rest of your story. You charged it correctly and your wife did not know how to use it?

Yes, 12.98 was right after I shut it off.

and here are the mA readings:

I removed the negative battery terminal and if I put the red to the terminal and black to the wire I got 0.13mA.

If I reversed that (black to terminal and red to wire) I get .02mA

I double checked the units and the decimal point. Do both of those readings seem wrong?

Those numbers seem correct.

Did you go through all the cables and their connections to make sure they were good?

Some jumpers can be charged while riding in the truck if it has a cigarette lighter plug in it by just plugging a jumper wire int the trucks cigarett lighter and running it to the jumper pack's lighter plug. That way it should be fully charged at all times.
